Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, late, refund, and no show policy:
Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment, there will be no charge if given 24 hours. If canceled outside the 24 hour window you must pay 50% of your service that was booked before rebooking
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduleded appointment you will not be seen, as it throws off appointments for the rest of the day.
If you no show an appointment you must pay 100% of the service you booked to be able to book another appointment.
I do not offer refunds. Please make sure to communicate with me throughout your appointment to ensure you are getting exactly what you’ve envisioned for your service.
Failure to comply with said policies could result is being banned from booking any further appointments.
