Cancellation, Late Arrival, Refund & No-Show Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled and rescheduled, as late arrivals can affect the schedule for other clients. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service. This balance must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. I do not offer refunds on services. Please communicate any concerns, preferences, or adjustments during your appointment so I can ensure you are happy with your service and that it aligns with your expectations. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the inability to book future appointments.
